Secure Packaging
Place the watch and all original documentation, warranty cards, and protective films back into the original Echo/neutra presentation box to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
